Learning is her passion, and she’s constantly discovering new teachers God has brought into her life—from the most knowledgeable instructors at Wilson Hill to her six-year-old little sister. Asha Cox
Even the Demons Believe: Why Faith Must Be Grounded in Myth Rather Than Philosophy
Asha lives in St. Jacobs, Ontario, where he walks, talks, and reads. He loves to think deeply—both in solitude and in community. From pondering Nietzsche and Kierkegaard at 3 a.m. with a backdrop of the Beatles or Bach to wrestling with philosophical dilemmas alongside his peers, he’s always seeking new ways to deepen his understanding. After all, the more you know, the more you realize you don’t know.
Asha strives to challenge and to be challenged—whether in class, a philosophy group, or a Bible study, he continually invites others to resist apathy and think more deeply. For him, all this study and discussion is pointless unless it leads to action: exhorting one another to “go further up and further in” (C.S. Lewis). We live, as we dream—together (adapted from Joseph Conrad).

Honor adores singing in choir, on her church’s worship team, and spontaneously belting “We’re Off to See the Wizard” with her older sister and best friend, Hopewell. Hopewell and Honor grew up reading together, and they have memorized much of Honor’s first favorite book, Alice in Wonderland.
While she has unsuccessfully begged for a dog since before she could walk, Honor remedies her sad lack of pets by dog-sitting and keeping over 60 houseplants and succulents in any plant-compatible location.

Lydia Jacobs
Staging Psychology: The Value of Shakespeare for Mental Health Studies
Lydia lives in Colorado with her three siblings and two parents. Despite a lifelong wish for a dog, she only has somewhere along the lines of nine fish, but she can’t always remember because they are weak creatures and, unfortunately, keep dying. Crochet is her longest-lasting hobby, which she started during Covid because her younger sister decided to learn, and Lydia couldn’t let her do something that she didn’t know how to do. Since then, she’s knotted several thousand yards of yarn, most of which were made into a diabolical number of bunnies with fruit hats.
Other things like music, road cycling, and Shakespeare monologues are all interests Lydia has invested in and keeps in her memory bank, keeping her hyper-fixations occupied constantly.
Lydia wrote this biography by copying and pasting one of her college application essays and editing it to fruition. Speaking of college, Lydia hopes to go to one. At the time of writing this biography, she had not yet received responses from colleges, so details about her college plans are currently unavailable. Wherever she does go, she hopes to study international business management.
Ryan Jett
Reviving Chivalry: Our Need for Medieval Masculinity in a Postmodern Age
Ryan resides just north of Austin, Texas, where the city fades into country, and the cactus plants become innumerable. He is passionate about music and loves stealing time to write a song on his guitar or play a tune on his piano. When he isn't playing an instrument, Ryan is writing a story or taking a drive on a country road, singing along to the radio with the windows down as he tries to catch every moment of the country sunsets. Though time has not allowed it recently, Ryan loves to row and see the world reflecting off the water and feel the rush of the boat as it cuts smoothly over the lake.
Ryan has attended Wilson Hill Academy for eight years. Of all the classes he has taken, his favorites include Language Arts 3, The Great Conversation 1, U.S. History, Greek Readings, and Latin Readings. Ryan's favorite authors are C. S. Lewis, Trenton Lee Stewart, and F. Scott Fitzgerald.
From a young age, Ryan has aspired to solve crimes, and he plans to achieve this dream by pursuing a degree in psychology with a double minor in forensic science and criminal justice at Baylor University, to not only solve crimes but hopefully help prevent them as a criminal psychologist and criminal profiler.

Annalia currently lives in rural Virginia, though she claims Texas as her home. Growing up in a military family, she has moved nine times, including twice overseas, giving her the life-changing opportunity to experience many different cultures and communities. She lived in Israel on the Mediterranean for six years, and that nation and land wholly captured her heart. She was captivated by the unique beauty of how different cultures, religions, and stories collide to cultivate a multifaceted and vibrant way of life. Surrounded by the land's rich history, the Bible came to life and instilled in her a great love for learning—specifically in history, philosophy, and language.
Over the past six years at Wilson Hill, each class invited her into the Great Conversation, engaging not only her mind but also her heart and soul, drawing her to fall more deeply in love with stories, words, creation, and ultimately, all truth and beauty made manifest in the Word made flesh: Christ. Having traveled to 17 countries, she is struck by the severe need for salvation in all contexts, whether with Bedouins in Jordan, the Himalayan villages in India, or the outskirts of Washington, D.C.
Annalia loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys hiking, camping, adventuring, stargazing, late-night conversations, studying in the company of her chickens, running, caring for horses and farm animals, and any avenue to behold God through Scripture or creation.

In addition, a trip to Italy last summer with Hillsdale College ignited an interest in architecture—specifically, how it affects feelings. KK plans to attend community college as step one in this master plan.

Although he is often heavily preoccupied with schoolwork and other responsibilities, one of Carter’s greatest joys is making other people laugh, shown most prevalently in his hobby of composing and sharing memes. Since a young age, he has also immensely enjoyed assembling puzzles and reading, especially enjoying sci-fi and fantasy.
Carter has felt richly blessed through these four memorable years at WHA. From the hilarious times of Mr. Reini’s Algebra 2 classroom to the unforgettable comparisons of AP Art History with Dr. Colvin to the journey through Dante’s Inferno with Mr. Choi, he is eternally grateful for these memories and experiences.

Pristine Tam
Adorned With Imperishable Beauty: The Cultural Transcendence of Biblical Principles of Modesty
Pristine, the eldest of four children, lives in Oakville, Ontario, where she enjoys Canadian snowfall—after spending her early childhood in San Francisco, California. Since she was young, Pristine has loved to read and dance. Brian Jacques' Redwall ignited her love for reading in first grade, which has since blossomed into an appreciation for many genres and authors, especially the works of Lewis and Tolkien. Likewise, the Sesame Street soundtrack in her kitchen sparked her love for dance at two years old. That early inspiration became the starting point of 16 years of training in classical ballet and occasional dabbling in contemporary, jazz, and tap.

After graduating, Pristine will attend Boyce College and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary as part of the Augustine Honors Collegium to earn a B.A. and an M.Div. in biblical and theological studies in five years. She is excited to deepen her knowledge of and love for her Savior and his Word—a tool that will serve her no matter where the Lord leads her after college.

Still, one name stands above them all, occupying a special place in Mallory's heart: Augustine. Her studies of his Confessions forever changed her life and drastically deepened her love for the Lord, also inspiring her thesis.
