What is LINK?

LINK is the ultimate end-of-year and commencement gathering where students of all ages, faculty, and their families gather in celebration of the school year. This unforgettable event is designed to bring our Christ-centered online community of students, faculty, and families together in person for fun and meaningful connection. Attendees share meals, morning devotions, field day competition, awards banquet, dance, Commencement, and so much more!

In May, join us at the beautiful YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado, for much needed in-person fellowship and encouragement.

Located in Estes Park, Colorado—the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park—the YMCA of the Rockies puts Christian principles into practice through programs, staff and facilities in an environment that builds a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Providing numerous activities from hiking to putt-putt, the YMCA has something for everyone! Nestled in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, the YMCA is the perfect retreat for families.

The YMCA of the Rockies is located 64 miles northwest of Denver, Colorado, 1.5 hours from Denver International Airport. A rental car or shuttle to the YMCA is recommended. The Estes Park Shuttle company offers ground transportation from Denver International Airport to the YMCA of the Rockies. Pricing details and reservation information are available on the Estes Park Shuttle website.

Budgeting for LINK

Your individual ticket to LINK 2026 includes access to all scheduled activities intended for you and your family to enjoy! You will also receive a complimentary welcome bag, t-shirt and access to on-site YMCA of the Rockies facilities.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere of togetherness and mutual fellowship for all WHA families attending LINK. We hope that you will participate in as many activities as possible during the four-day event.

Your registration does not include lodging or meals. Once you have secured your ticket, you can arrange lodging directly with YMCA of the Rockies!

What to expect at YMCA of the Rockies

Can family or friends attend the Commencement Ceremony only?

Do I have to pay for the full event if I’m not participating in all of the activities?

LINK is designed to be an event that creates togetherness; therefore, every individual attending LINK must pay the full ticket price for the ticket category into which they fall. Parents must each pay the full General Registration. We have no provision for unaccompanied minors.

Exceptions are granted for those only attending the graduation ceremony on Saturday. Please see the question above for more information.

May an older student attend without a parent?

What are the Terms and Conditions for my LINK ticket?

Payment of Fees: Fee payment is made in full at the time of registration. Cancellation requests received at least 30 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 100% refund less a $50 administrative processing fee per ticket. Cancellation requests 15 to 30 days prior to the start date of the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received less than 15 days from the start of the event are non-refundable.

Does the YMCA have a cancellation policy for accommodations in the LINK room block?

A deposit of 35% of the total cost of your stay is required in order to guarantee each reservation.

For lodge rooms the deposit is fully refundable if cancelled up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival. If cancelled less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival no refund is available.

For individual cabins the deposit is fully refundable if cancelled up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Deposit is forfeited if cancelled 13-7 days prior to arrival. Remaining balance charged 7 days prior to arrival, with no refunds for cancellation, no show, or changes to dates or accommodation type.
