What is LINK?

LINK is the ultimate family camp and commencement gathering where students of all ages, faculty and their families gather in celebration of the school year. This unforgettable event is designed to bring our community together in fun and meaningful ways. Families and staff share in morning devotions, field day competitions, meals, dancing, an awards banquet, senior commencement, and so much more!

In June, join us at the beautiful YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in Black Mountain, North Carolina, for much needed in-person friendship and encouragement.

From I-40 East: Take exit 64 for Black Mountain/Montreat. Turn right at bottom of the ramp. Take Highway 9 South past Ingles Market to the fork in the road and veer right on to Blue Ridge Road. Drive .9 miles and turn left at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly sign onto Blue Ridge Assembly Rd. Proceed to the end of the road and our entrance. Follow signs to Registration/ Guest Check-in.

From US 70/Tunnel Road: Head east towards Black Mountain. Across from Health Ridge Pharmacy, turn right onto Blue Ridge Road. Go .5 miles and turn right at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly sign onto Blue Ridge Assembly Road. Proceed to the end of the road and our entrance. Follow signs to Registration/Guest Check-in.

Your ticket to LINK 2024 includes access to all scheduled activities for your entire family to enjoy! You will also receive a complimentary welcome bag, t-shirt and access to on-site YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly facilities.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere of togetherness and mutual fellowship for all WHA families attending LINK. We hope that you will participate in as many activities as possible during the four-day event.

Your registration does not include lodging or meals. Once you have secured your ticket, you can arrange lodging directly with YMCA of the Rockies.

What to expect at Blue Ridge Assembly– Black Mountain, NC

When can I register?

When can we see an itinerary?

What is the cost for the event?

Will graduation still be part of LINK?

Can family or friends attend the Commencement Ceremony only?

Do I have to pay for the full event if I’m not participating in all of the activities?

LINK is designed to be an event that creates togetherness; therefore, every individual attending LINK must pay the full ticket price for the ticket category into which they fall. Parents must each pay the full General Registration. We have no provision for unaccompanied minors.

Exceptions are granted for those only attending the graduation ceremony on Saturday. Please see the question above for more information.

May an older student attend without a parent?

What are the Terms and Conditions for my LINK ticket?

Payment of Fees: Fee payment is made in full at the time of registration. Cancellation requests received at least 30 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 100% refund less a $50 administrative processing fee per ticket. Cancellation requests 15 to 30 days prior to the start date of the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received less than 15 days from the start of the event are non-refundable.

Does the YMCA have a cancellation policy?

A $100 deposit will be required for each adult in order to guarantee each reservation.

If you need to cancel a lodging reservation at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, certain rules apply: If you cancel 30 or more days in advance, your deposit is eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. If an attempt to cancel is made within 7 days of arrival, or no notice of cancellation is given, all charges for meals and food will still be assessed.
